Waste My Time explores the difficult nature of relationships, where you’re split between wanting to work things out and walking away with your sanity; just like the Arts & Entertainment industry.

Feeling neglected by the gatekeepers — with opportunity and funding allocated to a few “safe bets” — we set out to do more with less. Using 22 Canadian music icons as our muse, we made this video primarily through community efforts, and shot it on our phones, to show that we can still create impact without the bells & whistles. And you can do it too.

Our story, ideas, and strategy are the scalable solutions worth investing in. This is our case study to challenge what Grantors, Funders, and Decision-makers consider a good return on investment.
